Yucaipa Valley Water District: Operational & Environmental Support
The Challenge: A water supplier required specialized field services and operational support to maintain compliance with their Maximum Benefit program and expand their groundwater monitoring network for Yucaipa SGMA goals. They also needed to ensure a smooth transition of these responsibilities to newly hired staff.
Our Role: We delivered essential field services and operational support. This involved precisely maintaining telemetry devices, replacing and calibrating equipment, and troubleshooting data flow issues for their monitoring wells. For the Maximum Benefit program, our work included measuring surface water flows and collecting water quality samples. Crucially, we trained newly hired District staff, empowering them to seamlessly manage these vital programs going forward.
The Result: Our comprehensive support ensured the District not only maintained compliance and significantly advanced its SGMA monitoring, but also gained self-sufficiency as newly trained staff seamlessly took over key operational responsibilities.
A Municipal Utility in Southern California: Comprehensive Water Audit Validation
The Challenge: This municipal utility faced the significant task of validating multiple years of past-due water audits, compounded by complex data issues and the need for a robust, defensible final product.
Our Role: We undertook comprehensive Level 1 Water Audit Validation for multiple consecutive years (CY2019-CY2024). Our process involved rigorous QA/QC of all provided data, confirming strict adherence to AWWA methodology, and precisely assigning data validity grades. We also prepared all necessary documentation for DWR submission.
The Result: The City now benefits from full regulatory compliance and highly accurate, defensible water loss data, providing a clear and reliable understanding of their system's performance and a solid foundation for future planning.

Redlands Conservancy: Surface Water Quality Monitoring
The Challenge: A local nonprofit dedicated to land and water conservation required ongoing, reliable surface water quality monitoring and professional reporting to support their environmental stewardship programs.
Our Role: We implemented a consistent schedule for collecting and analyzing pond water samples. Our services encompassed detailed laboratory coordination, expert data interpretation, and the production of clear, concise technical reports that met the nonprofit's specific needs for documentation and grant reporting.
The Result: Our ongoing monitoring and reporting equipped the Conservancy with crucial scientific data, enabling them to effectively track environmental health, inform their conservation strategies, and clearly demonstrate their impactful work to stakeholders.
Western Heights Water Company: Aquifer Storage & Recovery Project Management
The Challenge: A small water supplier embarked on a vital Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) project but needed dedicated project management to navigate its complexities, ensure cost-effectiveness, and secure necessary partnerships.
Our Role: As project manager for their Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) initiative, we provided meticulous oversight and strategic facilitation. This included close collaboration with the project hydrogeologist, streamlining stakeholder communications, and actively identifying and securing financial partnerships. Our focus was on ensuring smooth, cost-effective project progression.
The Result: This critical sustainability project advanced efficiently and on budget, enabling the client to achieve their ASR objectives with optimized resources and clear stakeholder alignment.
